How Some Of Your Instuctors Are Trying To Be More Healthy This Year!

We all make new years resolutions, and sharing them is a great way to stay motivated and inspire others to try their hand at making a healthy change. Here are the top three changes a few of your instructors are making this year to stay healthy!!!

Annika Matas:

  • Drink a glass of water 1st thing in the morning
  • Drink a glass of red wine at night J it’s relaxing plus it contains antioxidants and resveratrol
  • Make home-cooked dinner from scratch at least 5 times per week using fresh vegetables

Lane Andress:

  • Drink at least the minimum recommended amount of water on weekends (I’m terrible about drinking water on weekends…)
  • Get more vegetables from the local Farmer’s Market and fewer from chain markets  -  more fresh, less prepackaged in plastic!
  • More time with my new, faster, red & white bicycle!

Morgan Hooker:

  • Drink at least 80 oz. of water every day
  • Eat 2 servings of vegetables every day
  • Do 300 sit-ups every morning and stretch for 20 mins after
