How Some Of Your Instuctors Are Trying To Be More Healthy This Year!

We all make new years resolutions, and sharing them is a great way to stay motivated and inspire others to try their hand at making a healthy change. Here are the top three changes a few of your instructors are making this year to stay healthy!!!
Annika Matas:
- Drink a glass of water 1st thing in the morning
- Drink a glass of red wine at night J it’s relaxing plus it contains antioxidants and resveratrol
- Make home-cooked dinner from scratch at least 5 times per week using fresh vegetables
Lane Andress:
- Drink at least the minimum recommended amount of water on weekends (I’m terrible about drinking water on weekends…)
- Get more vegetables from the local Farmer’s Market and fewer from chain markets - more fresh, less prepackaged in plastic!
- More time with my new, faster, red & white bicycle!
Morgan Hooker:
- Drink at least 80 oz. of water every day
- Eat 2 servings of vegetables every day
- Do 300 sit-ups every morning and stretch for 20 mins after
