About Us
This site was started to supplement the Zebra Agoura Hills Stretching and Pilates classes. We are fitness minded employees taking steps toward a healthier lifestyle and work environment. Morgan Hooker is creating the posts for this blog and is the Main instructor for the classes. We have three lovely substitute instructors named Melissa Dugan, Lane Andress and Annika Matas. The Classes are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the Agoura Hills facility in the 2nd floor training rooms from 12pm to 12:55 pm. No previous experience is necessary to join the class, just grab a yoga mat, some workout clothes, and a water bottle. We provide everything else, especially the good times and a great workout!
